The authors have primarily conceived that the surface tension of molten iron tested by barbotage to determine whether the vermicular graphite modification of the moiten iron is suceessful or not is a new predictive method for rapid determination. It also recommended the apparatus developed by the authors in getting the detected data of water,CH_3COCH_3,and fusible metals under laboratorial condition and of various cast iront under industrial condition.Thus,it's verified both in theory and practice roughly.This...

The authors have primarily conceived that the surface tension of molten iron tested by barbotage to determine whether the vermicular graphite modification of the moiten iron is suceessful or not is a new predictive method for rapid determination. It also recommended the apparatus developed by the authors in getting the detected data of water,CH_3COCH_3,and fusible metals under laboratorial condition and of various cast iront under industrial condition.Thus,it's verified both in theory and practice roughly.This method can be used when the temperature of molten iron is normal or regular and without the obs- truction of aluminium. To adopt this method before pouring,we can readily judge the situation of graphite modification in one minute and apply remedy without waiting the test specimen starts to freeze.That will make casting production stable, save energy resources,decrease the waste product,and increase the beneficial results. This method is simple and convenient,it suits all the foundry conditions and needs not electrical appliance or expensive maintenance.This rapid measurement may be also used in other casting alloy for predictive exam.

本文首次提出了在炉前用冒泡法测铁水表面张力以判断铁水是否蠕化处理成功的设想。作者用研制的测定仪,在实验室中试测水、丙酮、易熔金属、以及在车间生产条件下试测各种铣水所得的数据。从而在理论上和实践上得到了初步的证实。在铁水温度正常且无铝的干扰的情况下,采用本快测法可在一分钟内(不待取样之铁水开始凝固)做出判断,并采取补救措施。这对于稳定生产、降低报废率、节省能源消耗及提高经济效益具有十分重要的意义。此快测法简便易行,仪器装置能适应车间生产条件,不需电器元件及高昂的维修保养。此快测法也可用于其它铸造合金的炉前检验。

Combining the image measurement method with the least-square circle method and usingthe multimedia image processing technique for designing a computer auto-measuring system, thenoncontact and remote rapid measurement is realized and the precision of measurement is increased.Thereby a set of practical measuring methods is provided for measuring some special workpieces.

将圆度误差测量的影像法与最小二乘圆法相结合,利用多媒体图像处理技术,设计了一种圆度误差的微机自动测量系统,实现了非接触、远距离快速测量,提高了测量精确度,为某些特殊工件的测量提供了一套实用的测量方法。
