本文探求利用SBR法处理含酚污水的可行性及其应用特性,并对SBR提出改进。用模拟污水试验证实,SBR法处理含酚浓度达500毫克/升的污水是可行的。在平均酚负荷为0.24-0.30克/克·日时,酚的去除率在99.9%以上,COD去除率约为99%。文中从充水时间、曝气方式等方面探求SBR在处理含酚污水方面的特点。研究提出了新的SCS系统,处理效果及运行灵活性都比SBR优越,而不需增加任何设备和操作困难。

本文讨论了SBR方法在处理污水中的技术要点。根据反应动力学及反应器的理论.在SBR的实际应用中.为了避免出现有毒污染物对微生物的抑制作用和尽可能提高反应速度,应合理地选择充水历时,运行周期和曝气型式。

Anitine-containiing wastewater could be treated in high efficiency by using SBR teehnique.When the concentration of aniline and COD_(Cr) in influent were 150—500mg/l and 800—1800mg/l, the removal rate of aniline and COD_(Cr) would be>99% and >90% respectively.The removal load could be as high as 5.2kg COD_(Cr)/kg.day or 2.7kg COD_(Cr)/m~3·day.The process was stable and no filamentous bacteria be found in the activated sludge.

本文介绍用SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor)技术,高效地处理苯胺类有机废水。当废水中苯胺和COD_浓度分别为150~500 mg/l和800~1800mg/l时,经处理后,去除率分别大于99%和90%。去除的有机负荷高达5.2kgCOD_/kg·d或2.7kgCOD_/m~3·d。该系统运行稳定,在活性污泥中不会发生丝状菌污泥膨胀。
