This paper dealt With the double glow plasma surface alloying of cast iron. The primary process parameters and its effects on industrial manufacture of the double glow plasma surface alloying was analysed.The results show that discharge power of the sourse surface is the primary process parameter of effects on the alloying layer.The results was verified by experiments.
