In four different experiments,the characteristic width of photo masks were 50 μm,100 μm,200 μm and 400 μm,respectively,and the exposure dose on the surface of SU-8 photoresist was 400 mJ/cm2.In the experiments,the silicon was chosen as substrate.
Conclusion The image quality of direct digital radiography system is improved as the exposure dose increases, and as the exposure dose exceeds a certain threshold, the image quality will not change apparently.
In this paper upon a survey data and referents dose modeling of inside and outside exposure dose is built, the limit on specific activity of natural radionuclide and exposure rate for products contained industrial waste slags in building materials industry is determined.
Results: Both DR and CR have raised the picture quality and lower the exposure dose than conventional radiogram to varying degrees, and also have higher efficiency and more profit by shortening the examination and review time, but DR dominates over CR.
Results MDA level was significantly higher in asbestos workers[(0.283±0.054)nmol/L] than that in controls[(0.163±0.053)nmol/L,P<0.01],however,neither duration of exposure nor accumulated asbestos exposure dose was related to MDA levels;
When the workers were stratified by duration of exposure or accumulated asbestos exposure dose,MDA levels in individuals with GSTM1-/- genotype were also higher than those with GSTM1+/+ genotype,but the differences were also not significant(P>0.05).
