In the present paper, the tractor drawing an unbalanced trailer or vehicle is simplified into a spring-mass-damping system of multi-degree of freedom. The power spectrum density and mean square value of acceleration at every output position including the driver's seat are computed by means of solving the frequency response function, so as to show the changes of vibration magnitude through parameter-transformation. In addition to the auto-spectrum density of every input point and cross-spectrum density between the front and rear wheels, the cross-spectrum density between the right and left wheels are also considered in calculation based on the relevent road-spect rumdata. In the study of comfortability of the seat, some rules for the seat vibration magnitude which changes with parameter-transformation have been obtained. These may be used in the future designing as reference. The calculated result are approximately equal as compared with the experimental values.The experiments were carried out on the auto testing runway at Hot-Humidity Experimental Station of Hainan.

本工作是把牵引单轴拖车的拖拉机或汽车简化为多自由度的弹簧-质量-阻尼的振动系统,通过求解频率响应函数计算包括座椅在内的各输出点的功率谱密度和加速度均方值,从而通过参数改变予示振动量的变化。在计算中除考虑了多点输入的自谱及前后轮之间的互谱外,还根据有关路面资料考虑了左右轮之间的互谱。结合乘坐舒适性研究,绘出了座椅振动量随各参数变化的一些规律,可为今后设计工作参考。计算值经与实际测量值验证基本相符。

A further statement has also been given that a satisfactory ride comfort of can not be ensured unless the stiffness of seat suspension spring and the damping coefficient of seat suspension can both be adjusted. This idea is of realistic significance to the improvement of the drivers seats in Chinese-built tractors and increase the ridl comfort.

本文综合介绍了目前在拖拉机研究中采用的各种乘坐振动的力学模型,并应用单自由度振动力学模型,结合实例对比评述了几种乘坐的悬架方案的静动载特性,进而阐明只有当乘坐的悬架装置的弹性元件刚度和减振器的阻尼系数均可调节时,乘坐才可能有良好的舒适性。这对合理地改进国产拖拉机的乘坐设计、改善乘坐的舒适性有一定现实意义。

The simulation progr-ams based on the mathematical model of its attenuation characteristics would pre-dict the feasibility of this adjustable system. A pilot system was constructed to veri-fy its effectiveness and the simulation model. Eleven tests have been couducted by using this pilot system on a vibration exciter. The results show that this system is adjustable through simple mechanism. The matching qf the charateristic parameters with the weights of tractor-operators is optimized and the selecting procedure for the charateristic parameters is summarized.

鉴于常规的质量-弹簧-阻尼系统的特性参数不能适应驾驶员体重的不同而加以调节,本文提出和研究一种可调节等效弹簧刚度和等效阻尼系数的驾驶座位悬架系统。文中论证了它的调节原理,建立了计算其传递系数的数学模型;进行了计算机模拟以预估其减振性能及调节效果;设计和制作了试验样机并进行了台架试验。研究和试验的结果表明,这是一种结构简单而行之有效的调节机构,能够简便地实现座位悬架系统的特性参数与驾驶员不同体重的最佳匹配。文章最后归纳提出了合理选择该悬架系统的特性参数的方法和程序。
