The new whirling arm unit has a much higher calibration accuracy than the original one, and therefore may be used as a standard device for low air speed calibration of thermo-electric anemometers.

Using the results obtained from model experiments, this paper shows that, by adopting a power system stabilizer in the excitation system, it is possible to increase the damping torque of a generator, to suppress its self-excited vibrations, thereby effectively improves the steady-state stability(or dynamic stability)of a power system This paper gives the test results of the steady-state stability limits of power system by using power system stabilizer with electric power, superfluous power and frequency...

Further checks were also done by applying short circuits, sudden change of prime mover motive power, sudden variation of transmission line parameters, load rejections, etc.; as a result, it has been discovered that the power system stabilizer with frequency as its control signal gives good performance and easily be realized in practice. Constructional details and parameters of power system stabilizer are also given in this paper. Factory has been arranged to produce such power system stabilizer in accordance with the results of this investigation, this should be an effective and a realistic way to improve the stability of electric power system of our country.

本文用模型实验证明,在励磁调节系统中,采用电力系统镇定器(Power SystemStabilier)能增加机组的阻尼转矩,抑制发电机产生的自发振荡,因而有效地提高了系统的稳定性。文中提供了电功率、过剩功率及频率作讯号的镇定器对提高系统稳定性的实际效果,并用短路、原动机功率突变、线路参数突变、甩负荷等运行方式进行了实验校验,说明采用频率为讯号的镇定器,性能良好,也便于实现,文中也给出了镇定器的结构及参数。有关厂家,将根据实验结果,生产镇定器的工业产品,这就为改善我国电力系统中存在的稳定性问题,提供了一项有效而便于实现的措施。

The key of this work lies on designing a satisfactory power element and avoiding the spring connection of machines. 3. The method of combining the machine and electronic circuits has been proposed to the damping of transmission effectively. 4. By using the analytic method introduced in this paper, the specification of optimal high-speed system can be nearly realized by dynamic design. This method is simplier and easier than other general synthetic methods for handling by technicians. 5. The effect of weak damping second-order element should be considered as the influence of small parameters on feedback control system is taken into account. The high-speed performance of system will be effected under the influence of correction of low-pass filter.

本文着重讨论建造快速伺服系统工程实践中的问题。其主要之点有: 1.必须研制小惯性电子线路以取代惯性较大的平滑滤波电路及功率部件等。 2.采用测速反馈改善伺服电机性能的关键在于设计理想的功率部件和避免机组的弹性联接。 3.采用机械与电子线路相结合的方法,可以有效地的增加动力传递机构的阻尼。 4.利用本文介绍的分析方法进行动态设计,可使系统接近最优快速系统的指标。方法简便,比之一般的综合方法易为工程技术人员掌握。 5.讨论小参数对反馈系统的影响时,需要注意弱阻尼二阶环节的作用,用低通滤波进行校正将会影响系统的快速性。
