In order to study the influences made by SMW-chitosan as additives on Tilapia liver lipid digest and forage utilization efficiency, we use singular factor density gradient method in Tilapia (body weight 18.96±1.24 g)diet .

The effect of SMW-chitosan on the liver tissue oxidation resistance capacity and liver fat content in Tilapia nilotica was studied by using single factor density gradient method.

Meanwhile,it can efficiently restrain organized defect of single seeping. As a consquence,the density gradient and hardness gradient are smooth; the combinational degree of seeping layer and body is high and the strength of the remains on the surface is strong as well as the comprehensive function of machine is excellent.

Methods After the βLp subfractions were isolated by mechanisms of molecular sieving and isoelectric focusing due to density and pH grade in the non-linear density gradient polyacrylamide gel, the gels were acquired with a gel imaging system, the electrophoretograms were quantitatively analyzed with optical density scanner.

(8) and (9) were the basic expressions used in the study of the experimental data. A low-speed wind tunnel (fiq. 1) wds used in conducting the experiments. The evaporating surface consisted of a series of porous porcelain plates placed on top of water containers (figs. 2 and 3). Capillary action kept the pldtes moisted as long as water in each container was in contact with the bottom of the plate. Runs were made both with and without the use of artificial means for hastening the onset of turbulent boundary layers. For edch run, a complete set of data were collected. These included the velocity, relative humidity and temperature of the ambient stream, the rates of evaporation for various lengths of the evaporating surface, and finally the velocity, vapor and tempereture profiles at the end of the experimental surface. The experimental range of x'/x was 0.09 to 30 dnd that of the Richardson number was 0.04 to 5.6.

Walker 256,the undifferentialed adenoma-carcinoma cells of rat,and the erythrocy-tas of rooster were used for studying of the inducing efficiency of Sandai virus on cell fusion.The relationships between the inducing efficiency of Sandai virus and the allantoic Iluid of chick embryo,the hemagglutin titer unit (HAU) of virus,various dilutions of virus suspension,time of culture of virus in chick embryo,distribution of virus particles in different density gradient fractions,and different virus seeds have been investigated.The influence of different cell systems on the inducing efficiency of Sandai virus has also been compared.It has been suggested that the fusion factor presents in the virus particles per se,and not in the allantoic fluid.Prom the standpoint of cell fusion,the progency produced from the same virus seed has been considered to be heterogeneous,one with high inducing efficiency and another with low inducing efficiency.HAU has been shown not to be correlated to the quantities of the virus particles with different inducing efficiency,hence not directly related to the fusion effieiency of the virus.The duration of culture of virus in chick embryo and the quality of virus seed has been observed to influence the fusion efficiency of the virus progency.The dilution of virus suspension and various cell systems has been shown to affect the virus fusion efficiency relatively.
