The clinical parameters and outcome of these patients were different significantly in terms of the presence of HIV infection or not. The patients without HIV infection were more severe than HIV patients,as evidenced by PaO2/FiO2 314 ± 49 vs 114.2 ± 16.9,APACHE Ⅱ score 13.2 ± 2.2 vs 7.66 ± 2.1,and mortality rate 72.7% vs 44.4%(P<0.05).
The outcome shows that the communication system of an agent-based automated substation improves the accuracy and reliability of the data transfer and presents it in real-time.
The BCS in China predominantly belongs to the IVC type rather than the intrahepatic type in Western; the outcome from its conventional therapy, at least for the moment, is better than that of liver transplantation.
Surface smoothing and reconstruction of titanium alloys and ZrO2-Y2O3 coatings have been observed as one of the typical outcome under high-intensity pulsed ion beam irradiation.
~3H-Tdr incorporation in lymphocyte transformation test (~3H-Tdr. LCT) with PHA as stimulating antigen was used to study the cellular immunity patterns in 90 cases of various types of viral hepatitis, 13 asymptomatic HBsAg carriers and 41 normal adults. The mean value of ~3H-Tdr. LCT in 18 cases of chronic active hepatitis, 13 carriers, and 5 gravis form were 86.9±9.3, 74.9±8.7 and 23.4±4.8, respectively. As compared with that of normal adults (105.5±10.2), there was a significant difference (p<0.01). The m...
Reporting the results of follow-up study in years 1984-86 of 108 HBsAg carriers 17-51 years of age, Whose carrier states were assayed by RPHA, assisted by physical examination and liver function tests, i.e. SGPT (Reite's method), ieterus index, TTT and TFT. (Ⅰ) According to outcome analysis of 107 carriers, 22 became HBsAg negative within the three-year period(negative rate: 20.56%),of Which 5 having history of viral hepatitis; the 30% (12/40) negative rate of age thirty tand over thirty group, being ...
It was observed that in 81.5% of 140 cases with liver cirrhosis, the serum was HBVM positive, and the liver biopsy showed characteristic features of CAH. HBsAg could be detected with VB stains in 77.6% of HBVM seropositive cases, 66.7% of HBsAg seronegative cases, and 60.0% of the cases whose serum HBVM had not been examined. There was no significant difference among them statistically. It was our belief that negative serum HBsAg did not rule out the posibility of HBV infection in liver cirrhosis patients. ...
