The Hongshui river cable-stayed P. C. bridge at Laibin, the Hunan-Guangxi Railway Line, is the first railway bridge of such type ever built in China. The main part is a three-span(48+96+48m) continuous box girder of uniform depth (3.2m), rigidly fixed with the pylons. The stay-cable system consists of two pairs of parallel cable planes each composed of three pairs of inclined cable sets in harp arrangement. The anchorages are designed for possible post replacement or tension adjustment of cables when in service. In the project, special measures are taken for corrosion protection of cables, besides, the techniques such as PTFE pot bearings, the high performance retarding-plasticizing agent FDN (R) compound, Model TD-100 universal tensioning Jacks, grooved wedge type composite anchorage etc. are used.In this paper, a brief description concerning the structural features, design principles and construction methods of the bridge is given; the model investigations, including 1:30 bridge model, 1:4 joint model and wind tunnel test section model,and the rating tests for both static and dynamic loading conditions are outlined.

湘桂复线红水河大桥是我国铁路上修建的第一座斜拉桥。跨径48+96+48(米)。塔梁固结,主梁采用三跨连续等高度双室箱梁。由10—7φ5毫米钢绞线束组成的三对斜缆呈竖琴形布置,容许在运营期间换束和调整索力。本文简要说明红水河桥的结构特点、设计原则和施工方法。并对有关各项试验研究(缩尺1/30全桥整体模型、缩尺1/4节点模型,风洞节段模型,斜缆锚固疲劳和防腐、900吨盆式橡胶支座、TD-100型通用千斤顶、掺FDN-R高强度混凝土等)以及运营条件下的静动载检定试验进行了概括介绍。

The project of 220m main span prestressed cable-stayed concrete bridge, the Jinan highway bridge across Yellow River, is introduced in this paper.Closely spaced stay-cables, gantry type of A-posts pylons, 40+94+220+94+40(m) 5-span continuous girder of suspension system are adopted in the systematic design, and distinct economic result has been achieved.The 3-way prestressed main girder of uniform depth 2.75m has a cross-section of wind-nosed sides, made-up of two separated boxes with integrated top slab and intermediate diaphrams. The plated parallel wire bundle cables and the high amplitude anchorages are site manufactured. The main girder is constructed by cast-in-place cantilever segmental method with scaffold cradles, carrying forward from the two pylons simultaneously. Stress-balance method is used in dead load analysis, so the cables are stressed directly to the designed optimum primary tension values.The construction controi measures used and the result obtained are also stated.

本文介绍主跨为220米的预应力混凝土斜拉桥——黄河公路桥。 该桥采用密索、A型塔、40+94+220+94+40(米)五孔连续、悬浮体系,获得明显的经济效果。三向预加应力的主梁高2.75米,横断面为带风咀的半封闭双室梯形箱。镀锌平行钢丝束组成的斜拉索和高疲劳性能冷铸锚均为工地自制。用内力平衡法计算恒载,斜拉索一次张拉至设计最佳初始张拉力。主梁用挂篮施工,自两桥塔同时向两侧悬臂浇筑。 文中还介绍了施工控制方法和成果。

In this paper the fatigue strengh of the cable-stayed P. C. railway bridge isstudied on the basis of structural reliability. The paper presents a state-of-artstudy on fatigue reliability of bridges and analyses the stress ranges in the uppercables of the side span of the Hongshui River railway bridge with the "RainfiowCounting Method". In this paper the fatigue strengh of the cable-stayed P. C. railway bridge isstudied on the basis of structural reliability. The paper presents a state-of-artstudy on fatigue reliability of bridges and analyses the stress ranges in the uppercables of the side span of the Hongshui River railway bridge with the "RainfiowCounting Method". From this, the distribution function of the stress range inthese cables are found. Meanwhile, the S-N curve of the strands of stay cables isobtained frotn fatigue testing. After that, the paper analyses the fatigue life and reliability of the staycables and gets its allowable stress tange in design with the aid of the Miner'srule. As an illustration, the data of above mentioned upper cables are analyzed.The result of this analysis shows the rationality and the advantage of the appli-cation of structural reliability in fatigue disign.

本文用可靠性理论对预应力混凝土铁路斜拉桥斜缆疲劳可靠性进行了研究。文章首先介绍了国外关于桥梁疲劳可靠性研究的概况,接着用“雨流法”(RainflowCounting Method)分析了红水河桥边跨外缆应力变程(Stress range),从而得该斜缆应力变程分布函数,再经试验得到钢绞线S-N曲线。 然后用Miner法则研究斜缆疲劳寿命、疲劳可靠度及疲劳设计允许应力变程,并以红水河桥边跨外缆为例进行了计算。分析结果可以说明可靠性理论用于疲劳设计的合理性和优越性。
