In this paper, the effects of the constructional shape of the post insulators upon their pollution fiashover characteristics were studied with artificial pollution test method. The phenomena of arc bridging between sheds were investigated by means of the measurements of the insulators flashover voltages with or without insulating barriers between sheds and the measurements of the dynamic voltage distribution between sheds. It was discovered that the constructional shape has obvious effects upon the pollution flashover voltage. One of the reasons is that the constructional shape influences the wetting process of the polluted surfaces and the location of dry areas and local arcs and so exerts influences on the pollution flashover voltage. It was verified that the arc bridging between sheds makes part of the leakage distance ineffective.

本文用人工污秽试验法,伞间加隔板闪络试验、测量伞间动态电压分布、高速摄影等方法研究了不同结构形状棒式支柱绝缘子的染污放电特性。试验发现,伞形、伞间距对闪络特性有很大影响。其原因在于伞形影响染污面受潮过程、局部放电及干区形成部位,从而影响闪络电压。伞间局部电弧漂移形成的桥络是泄漏距离失效的主要原因。
