本文提出用等差数列和不等差数列法来产生新的纱线排列的方法,从而形成了从基础组织快速生成大循环组织的实用办法。编制的计算机程序已成功地应用于386系列计算机织物辅助系统设计,较好地解决了大循环组织输入中存在的问题,并为织物CAD系统应用于大循环组织设计开辟了广阔的前景。

Based on the mathematical features of weave diagrams, a new concept of weave differentiation with mathematical functions is introduced. It is illustrated the mathematical modes for weave differentiation and the corresponding weave with such conventional functions as straight line, broken straight line and sine curve. Finally, a new mathematical mode with mapping relationship between fabric weaves and math functions has been established.

鉴于三元及其变化组织图可认为是某数学函数的组织异化物 ,引进了数学函数组织异化的概念 ,列出了常见数学函数 (如直线、折线、正弦线等 )组织异化的数学模式及对应生成的组织 ,建立了织物组织与数学函数间映射关系的一种新的数学方式。

In this paper,by studying hollow fabric total number of warp,relations between face weave and back weave and cross section schematic diagram, a simple way was summarized which determined weave diagram of hollow fabric and provide theoretical basis for the designer to design and produce hollow fabric quickly.

本文通过对管状织物总经根数、表里组织关系及截面图的研究 ,总结出确定管状织物组织图的简单方法 ,为设计人员快速设计、生产管状织物提供了理论依据
