Transistor inverters have great advantages over thyristor inverters.This paperintroduces a three-phase transistor inverter with simple control circuits.It uses thesawtooth wave of the voltage-frequency converter as control signal and makes theconduction angle continuously adjustable between (2/3)π-π,which,in turn,helps todetermine the conduction angle for the minimum total harmonic distortion by harmonicanalysis.
