Satisfactory results have been obtained in establishing the general medium for anther and tissues of cereals on the basis of experiment through regulating the major elements (using NH_4H_2PO_4 insteads of (NH_4)_2SO_4 and KH_2PO_4 in N_6 medium), supplemented with a complex of initiation factors (NAA 4 mg/l, 2,4-D 1 mg/l, Kinetin 1-3 mg/l) as well as the synergistical constituents (LH 300 mg/l, DNA 20-25 mg/l).

In the γ' phase-intensifying Fe-Ni-Cr base superalloys, the γ' phase is of face-centered cubic system. Ti and Al are the major elements to form the γ' phase and Ti content is greater than Al. Although increase in Ti and Al contents will increase the γ' phase fraction, their constituent percentages or amounts should be controlled as possible. Such elements as Fe, Cr, W and Mo are soluble in γ' phase, but the others are so small that they may all be omitted. In order to evaluate the γ' phase fraction...

In the γ' phase-intensifying Fe-Ni-Cr base superalloys, the γ' phase is of face-centered cubic system. Ti and Al are the major elements to form the γ' phase and Ti content is greater than Al. In order to evaluate the γ' phase fraction in Fe-Ni-Cr base superalloys, this paper derives a general expression in the view of crystallization system, i.e.,where G(γ') is the γ' phase fraction in wt.%, ai the concentration of the i-element which solved in γ' phase and Ci the content of the i-element in wt.%. As a coefficient, ai can be determined by experiments. With the extraction and chemical analysis, the values of ai for the above six elements in ten commercial Fe-Ni-Cr base superalloys are determined through the statistical method. Hence, the above expression becomesFifteen commercial γ' phase-intensifying Fe-Ni-Cr base superalloys are used to check the availability of this formula(cf. Tab. 1). It is shown that the maximum error is within the extent of 30%. Such an approximate expression is available to evaluate the γ' phase fraction for a certain Fe-Ni-Cr base superalloy.

本文提出时效硬化Fe-Ni-Cr基高温合金中γ'相数量的计算公式如下:G(γ')=2.572C_(Al)+1.164_(Tl)+0.303C_(Mo)+0.905C_w+0.040C_(Nl)-0.011C_(cr)式中G(γ')—合金中γ'相的总量(wt%);C_(Al)—合金化学成分中Al的wt%;其他符号类同。 应用上述公式,可以由合金化学成分,直接估算出合金中γ'相的数量,经十五种工业合金γ'相萃取实验验证是可用的。
