ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness and safety of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy(PRK) for correction of residual myopia after radial keratotomy(RK).MethodsPRK using the CHIRON/Techolas Keracor 116 Type excimer laser was performed on 21 eyes of 16 patients who had undergone RK previously and had residual myopia.The effectiveness and the safety of PRK were evaluated objectively by computer assisted photokeratopography before and after PRK.Results9 mon following PRK,the uncorrected visual acuity increased from 4 lines to 10 lines(mean 7.5 lines).The spherical equivalent refraction was reduced from 2.50 D~6.00 D(mean 4.75 D).In the corneal topography,the central regions were flattened regularly and round or approximately round in shape;the mean refraction at central 3 mm region was reduced in an average of 4.25 D.No significant complications occurred during follow up 1 a.ConclusionPRK appears to be a good method to correct residual myopia after RK.

目的探讨准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)矫治放射状角膜切开术(RK)后残余近视眼的安全性与有效性。方法应用CHIRON公司TecholasKeracorl16型准分子激光机对16例(21只眼)RK后残余近视眼施PRK,应用计算机辅助的角膜地形图对手术的有效性与安全性作客观评估。结果16例(21只眼)经PRK后,裸眼视力提高4~10行(平均7.5行);等效球镜的屈光度下降2.50~6.00D(平均4.75D);所有术眼的角膜地形图提示角膜中央呈规则圆形变扁区,角膜中央3mm直径的屈光力平均下降4.25D。随访期内(1a)所有术眼无明显并发症。结论PRK是矫治RK后残余近视眼安全有效的方法

This study investigate the variation of visual function in different eccentricities of the visual field in isometropic amblyopes with multifocal visual evoked potential.The stimulus matrix containing 61 hexagons was generated.The diameter of the entire stimulating field was approximately 13 6 deg of arc.The hexagons were simultaneously but independently modulated in time by the controlling computer program.The response contributions from each of the individual stimulus elements could be extracted by Veris system.Our result showed that mean latency is longer in the fovea and in the first ring for the isometropic amblyopes than for the normal(control)subjects.The differences are highly significant at the fovea and in the first ring.In the second ring and the third ring,the difference is not significant.In isometropic amblyopes,the P1 N2 amplitude is about half of that in the normal subjects for the fovea and is similar to that for the normal subjects in the third ring.The P1 N2 amplitudes in the isometropic amblyopes are significant lower than the normal values from the center to the second ring.Our result indicates that in isometropic amblyopia,the attenuation of the visual function are marked in the central region of the visual field and diminished in the periphery.

目的 研究屈光参差性弱视眼的多焦 (多刺激野 )视觉诱发电位 (multifocal visual evoked po-tentials,MVEP)在视野各部位的特征 ,了解弱视眼视野各部位的视功能。 方法 检测 32只屈光参差性弱视眼和 31只正常对照眼视野中央 8.6°的 MVEP。 结果 在屈光参差性弱视眼 ,MVEP的潜伏期延长和振幅下降在视野中央较显著 ,这种改变随着离心度的增加而减少。 结论 屈光参差性弱视眼视野中央视功能下降较显著。
