Many site tests have also proved that the strength of anchor and shotcrete support is much greater than that of conventional in-situ concrete lining.

    锚喷支护作为永久衬砌在我国铁路隧道中的应用已有十几年的历史。在不同地质条件下,经受了长时期地层压力、列车振动、气溫变化等影响的考验,到目前为止95.6%以上的区段是好的和比较好的,未发生过任何严重病害。通过多次现场试验也证明:锚喷支护要比普通现浇混凝土衬砌的支护能力在相同条件下要大得多。本文按岩体结构特征,将围岩分成整体状、块状、层状、软弱围岩四种不同情况,分别论述锚喷支护的受力机制和设计原理。本文着重介绍了普济隧道在软弱围岩条件下的施工实例。实践表明:锚喷支护在施工进度、安全生产、工程造价等方面表现出很大优越性。锚喷支护的出现,从实践上解决了将围岩与支护作为统一结构体的概念去处理地下工程的支护问题。它的某些作用原理,将在今后改善已有支护结构及发展新型支护的过程中发挥深远的影响。

Many site tests have also proved that the strength of anchor and shotcrete support is much greater than that of conventional in situ concrete lining.This article is devoted to the conditions of stability of the surrounding rock and the loading principle of the anchor and shotcrete support and corresponding designing procedure from the stand point of the structure and the variation of mechanical state of the rock mass.The introduction of anchor and shotcrete support has solved practically the problem of handling underground engineering support problems by considering rock and support as a structural entity. Some of its work principles will certainly bear farreaching effects in guiding the renovation of existing supporting structures and the development of new types of support as well.

    In tunnelling and in open excavations we would always encounter with some kind of rock called "Blocky Rock Mass" in which the geological structural planes are widely spreaded. For this kind of rock mass the loss of stability would occur in most cases when the fall of some exposed surface block is taken place For solving the ubiquitous joint problem in the analysis of stability of the "Blocky Rock Mass", it is necessary to find the regularity for conditions in the formation of exposed falling blocks, based on the occurrence of geological structural planes.For the ubiquitous joint problem, by applying the principles of the conclusion made by Shi Genhua, this paper recommends an analytic method by means of vectors for determing the conditions of exposed falling blocks.The derived formulas are computed in tabulated form for various conditions.By using this method recommended, with the help of the geological survey of structural planes in the rock mass, we can predict the locations and regions of exposed blocks, and the coefficients of stability may be determined. As a result, we may design the supports required in the tunnel, select the paper axis of certain underground works as well as determine the side slope of open excavations for preventing the collapse. Referred to above, some useful examples with calculations are given.

    在隧道工程及边坡开挖中,经常遇到地质结构面普遍分布的“块状岩体”。这类岩体的坍塌通常是从出露在临空面的某些岩块的滑塌开始的。如何根据地质结构面的产状找出滑塌块体在临空面上的出露规律,这就是块状岩体稳定分析中的遍有节理问题。本文就遍有节理问题运用石根华氏关于滑塌块体构成条件的结论,介绍一种确定滑塌块体出露情况的解析方法,并给出了列表计算格式。运用本文所介绍的方法,对于块状围岩可以根据对岩体结构面的地质调查,预测各种滑塌块体的出露部位、范围及稳定系数,据以设计隧道围岩支护系统,选择合理的洞轴方向和边坡坡度,俾使避免坍塌。对此,文中并给出了相应的算例。
