The redox properties and thermostability of the title complex were studied,moreover the photovoltaic effect for C_(60)Pd-(Ph_(2)POCH_(2)CH_(2)OPPh_(2)) complex to form n+n heterojunction on a GaAs electrode in photoelectrochemical cell was investigated.
The photovoltaic characters of the sandwich cell,SnO_2/chla/PVA/SnO_2,were reported. Themechanism of photovoltaic effect of the cell was discussed,so that the dark rectifying effect wasexplained and the charge seperation under irradiation was occured at the junction of chla/SnO_2.We measured the output parameters of the cell,and improved the cell efficiency by adding hydro-quinone and so on into it.
The experiment shows,under different light spectrum and intensity,the PLZT produces strong photoelectric effect,including pyroelectricty effect and photovoltaic effect,at the same time it produces photostrictive effect.
