Searching new insecticides from natural products is the studying focal point of farm insecticide chemistry and toxicology all along. In the research aspect on natural products extracted from plant, more than 20 effective compositions have been separated already from Azadirachta indita in foreign countries. Searching new insecticides from natural products is the studying focal point of farm insecticide chemistry and toxicology all along. In the research aspect on natural products extracted from plant, more than 20 effective compositions have been separated already from Azadirachta indita in foreign countries. The most important one among these compositions is Margosine. The Ryanodine extracted from America Ryania speciosa attacks directly insect's muscle, however, it is rather toxic to persons and animals. Besides the reseach on the compositions of M. azedarach L. & M. toosendan and their action mechanism, the Celastrus angulatus were studied alternately in many branches of learning. The Celastrus angulatus oil that is insecticide extracted from plant and its manufacturing method have obtained national patent. In the research aspect on natural products extracted from arthropod, more than 350 sex pheromone have been separated only in lepidopterous insects since 1959, and most of them can be synthetized. The research of developing new insecticides was focused on the toxin of various araneids and wasps. In research field of insect neurokinin, 8 types of insect neurokinin that consist of more than 40 kinds have been identified already by 1990. In the research domain of natural products extracted from microorganism, a great progress has been obtained. About the development of Olive mite incretion, the avermeetin B_1 (abamectin) and ivermectin have been available so far. Important significant of developing avermectins is that these insecticides act on insect cynapsis which used γ-reanal as their transfer mediums. The methods of pest control. applying plant growth regulator, inducing the compensatory ability of cotton plant after being damaged can be applied in the IPM system. Protecting nature enemies and applying non-broad spectrum pesticides or biological pesticides are promoted and the management of pesticides is emphysized. Sorne new control measures such as cotton varieties of bollworm resistant. insect pheromones and some specific pesticides of environmental safty as chlorfluazur-on,abamectin. mistac are tested and under demonstration.

1992年以来棉铃虫在全国主要棉区的连续暴发为害和对菊酯类农药的抗性迅速发展以及某些地方因耕作制的变化而引发的新害虫如玉米螟、盲蝽转害棉花等问题,需要进一步改善棉花害虫的综合防治结构,以便能够稳定地控制多种害虫的为害。建议对耕作制的改变作合理评估以作取利避害的选择,重视农业防治,利用植物生长调节剂和诱导作物及棉株的抗逆补偿能力来调控害虫的发生,保护自然天敌,选用非广谱性农药和生物在药,改进农药的使用管理以避免害虫过速产生抗性。一些新防治技术如抗棉铃虫的棉花品种、昆虫信息素及一些专化性农药如定虫隆、农克螨、双甲脒等正在试用示范。

Topical application with metal capillary was presented as the bioassay method for resistance of citrus leaf miner (CLM), Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton, to pesticides. 研究提出用毛细管点滴法带叶测定柑桔潜叶蛾抗药性的方法。对浙江省各地采虫测定结果证实,柑桔潜叶蛾已对溴氰菊酯和α-氰戍菊酯产生不同程度的抗性,抗性大小因不同地区而异;并以溴氰菊酯大于α-氰戍菊酯。各地虫源对α-氰戍菊酯的抗性尚处于第一阶段;而对溴氰菊酯的抗性则已发展到第二阶段。新型杀虫剂筛选结果表明,丁硫克百威、锐劲特和虫螨光是防治潜叶蛾的优良药剂,与昆虫生长调节剂(IGR)、沙蚕毒系类及其他氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂轮用,可以代替拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂防治柑桔潜叶蛾
