In this paper we use nonlinear programming of OR to establish a mathematical model for optimisation of active power dispatch of cascade hydroelectric power stations, and propose a new optimum criterion for economical scheduling of cascade hydroelectric power stations - the water rate weighted with respect to water heads of hours in all-day for each power station of cascade be minimum, i. e., the objective function is where Q = (Q11 … Q11, Q21 …,Q2T, …, Qn1, … QnT)'is an nT-dimensional flow vector. We have studied the mathematical expressions of the constraints (power balance, the limits of flow of cascade hydroelectric power stations in all-day, water heads limits, power limits and flow limits of hydroelectrie power stations). Using mixed penalty function method SUMT (sequential unconstrained minimization technique) we transform the constrained nonlinear programming problem into a series of equivalent unconstrained minimization problemsThen we directly find the inverse matrix of Hessian matrix t define search direction S4 = - (He)-1 by the variable metric method BFS (a quasi-Newton method) of the algorithms of unconstrained minimization, and tind the optimal step-length of search direction by proportional factor method of unidimensional search. We had derived the formulas for calculating the gradient of the augmented objective function p in detail, and had drawn the flow charts and had programmed the algorithmic language programms in ALGOL for computer DJS-6. Recently, we have taken a test calculation and analyzing the results and compared it with the original design of an actual cascade hydroelectric power stations, decreasing the water rate of cascade, increasing the quantity of active power, obtaining an industrial satisfactory economical advantage. We have provided a realizable design for real-timecontrol by computers.

本文运用运筹学中的非线性规划建立了梯级水电站有功功率最优分配的数学模型,提出了梯级水电站经济调度新的最优准则——梯级水电站全日各时段水头加权耗水率为最小。即目标函数为 其中Q=(Q_(11),…,Q_(1T),Q_(21),…,Q_(2T),…,Q_(n1),…,Q_(nT))′为nT维流量矢量。探讨了约束条件(出力平衡、梯级水电站日流量限制、水电站水头限制、出力限制和流量限制)的数学表达式,用混合罚函数法SUMT(序列无约束极小化方法)将该约束非线性规划问题变为~系列等价的无约束极小化问题 然后用无约束极小化算法中的变尺度法BFS(一种拟Newton法)迳求Hesse阵之逆来确定搜索方向s~k=-(He)_k~(-1)▽φ~k,又用一维搜索的比例因子法求搜索方向的最优步长。导出了计算增广目标函数φ的梯废公式,绘制了框图和编出了DJS-6机ALGOL算法语言程序,现已调通了整个程序对实际水电站进行了试算和分析,与初始方案作了对比,降低了梯级耗水率,能多发电,取得了工业上比较满意的经济效益。为电子计算机在线控制提供了实施方案。

In this paper, by virtue of energy transformation, we discuss mathematical models for solving the problem of optimization of active power dispatch of cascade hydroelectric power stations by penalty function method, and propose a new optimum criterion-the water flow weighted with respect to water heads of hours in all day for each power station of cascade be minimum. We have proved that this criterion is equivalent to that the average efficience of transformation from water energy into electric energy in all day be maximum. Combining with the constraints, we have derived a new augmented objective function and calculated the gradient of this function. Moreover, we compare the new objective function with some former objective functions. Finally, we put forward a simplified scheme of this new mathematical model.

本文从能量转换的观点出发,讨论了用罚函数法解龙溪河梯级水电站有功功率最优分配日运行方案的数学模型,提出了一个新的最优准则——各电站各时段水头加权流量和为极小。证明了这个准则与全梯级水位能一电能转换的日平均效率为极大等价。然后结合约束条件,给出新的增广目标函数,并计算了这个目标函数的梯度。接着对新的目标函数和原有的一些目标函数进行了比较,最后提出了这个新的数学模型的一个简化方案。

In view of the above, three different algorithms are proposed and compared with prior ones and with each other. Numerical results illustrate that these algorithms have many of features of higher accuracy, much shorter computing time etc.. As might be excepted, this lends itself to power dispatching on-line.

本文提出在最佳功率调度算法中,使用电力系统解耦技术,并引用REI(Radial Equivalent Independent)拓扑等值法,以减少变量,降低方程阶数,大大节约计算时间。由于引用了最小范数解处理线路过载问题,经济合理地解决了经典协调方程法中不能处理线流约束的缺点。在上述基础上提出了三种在线最佳有功功率调度算法,在精确度、经济性和实时性三方面都进行了实例计算和比较。计算结果表明,本方法精度较高、程序编制简单、计算速度快且可靠,适用于在线最佳功率控制。
