本文介绍我国第一台薄板坯连铸试验机结晶器用保护渣的研制和使用。保护渣成分为SiO_228~35%,CaO 28~35%,Na_2O 5~10%,F 7~10%(某些渣申加入B_2O_3);半球温度<1150℃;1400℃粘度<0.1 Pa·s;熔渣层厚度10~20 mm。研制的保护渣满足了浇铸普碳钢、低合金钢薄板坯的热试要求,铸坯表面质量良好。还讨论了渣膜厚度,保护渣消耗量及碳素种类对结晶器中保护渣热行为的影响。

The testing of the melting-points and viscosity of BaO-SiO2-CaO-Al2O3(5%)-Na2O(10%)-CaF2(1 0%)six-part slag system is completed. Then the curve charts of the melting-points and viscosity are drawn. Moreover, the mathematical relations between properties andchemical compostion are found out.As a result,the proper range of chemical composition for BaO-contained mould fluxes is therefore presented.

测试了BaO-SiO2-CaO—Al2O3(5%)—Na2O(10%)CaF2(10%)六元渣系的熔点及粘度。绘出了熔点曲线图及粘度曲线田。求出了性质与化学组成的数学关系式。在此基础上,提出了含BaO保护渣恰当的组成范围。
