And then it is owing to thereasonable utilization Of educational resources in the society and composition of a comparative stable professional rank. Thirdly, it lies in the fact that positive approaches have been made on academic managementand students thinking ideas in forming a quality assurance system and creating new route to solve problemsfrom the part Of students. It is proved that from both theoretical and practical point of view, if RTVUs at thecounty level can make full use of advantages of big cities, they can also run the non-honored degree coursessuccessfully.

This paper explores the autonomous learning in the open teaching mode with the assistance of multimedia teaching CD-ROM and the demonstration of PowerPoint. 如何在远程开放教育环境下搞好英语专业课的教学,一直是远程开放教育指导教师研究的课题。本人以构建主义、自主学习论为理论基础,以《高级日常英语》教学光盘为主要媒体,结合自己的教学实践,尝试在多媒体课件式教学环境中培养学生自主化学习的开放式教育教学模式;加强导学过程阶段考核(作业、实践、项目训练、随堂测验等)。实践证明,这种教学模式大大提高了学生的语言能力和综合素质能力,尤其是听说能力。
