本文根据广东省东莞市东江上两座特大桥现浇施工的特点,在不能实施传统的振动钢管砂桩这一临时支承结构的情况下,提出了“混凝土连接棒钢管砂桩“新工艺,解决了深水无覆盖层地段无法进行支架现浇上部结构的难题。这种国内首次开发应用的工艺完善了目前国内桥梁现浇施工中的不足,对大跨径、大吨位桥梁在无覆盖层或少覆盖地段的现浇施工开创了一条新路,并根据钢管和砂作为组合结构提出了钢管砂桩的极限承载力的计算公式。
