The field experiment with 11 currently typical varieties or possibly super-high yielding strains developed recently in Heilongjiang Province was conducted under the high cultivation of Harbin to study varietal differences in panicle characteristics and their effects to percentage of ripened grains of Japonica rice.The results were as follows:The panicle types of tested varieties were divided into three categories,ie,first was that the superior part of distribution of the secondary branch grains on the middle panicle,second on the partial lower and third on the lower.The percentage of ripened grains of the secondary branch grains of the upper panicle was higher than those of middle which was further higher than those lower part.However,the lower percentage of ripened grains was generally on whole panicle and the variety in high percentage of ripened grains based on each part of panicle.The relaton between panicle type and percentage of ripened grains was not found.There was significantly negative relation of grains density on panicle with percentage of ripened grain within some range of density.It was suggested that super-higher yielding variety of Heilongjiang Province should have high percentage of ripened secondary branch grains on each part of panicle,lower grains density on parnicle,and lower position of panicle layer.$

选用 11个黑龙江省目前典型高产品种和新近育成的超高产有望品系 ,在哈尔滨高产栽培条件下进行田间试验 ,研究不同品种穗部性状差异及其对结实率影响。结果表明 ,依据 Sasahara划分穗型方法 ,供试品种可分为中位、偏下位和下位优势穗型等 3种类型。上部穗轴节位的二次枝梗粒的结实率 >中部 >下部 ,但二次枝梗粒结实率存在整穗性。只有上、中、下穗轴节位的二次枝梗粒结实率高而均衡的品种 ,整穗结实率才能高。未发现 Sasahara氏穗型和结实率高低间的关系。一定着粒密度范围内 ,着粒密度越稀 ,结实率越高。黑龙江省超高产水稻品种应具有上、中、下穗轴节位二次枝梗粒结实率高而均衡、着粒密度偏稀、穗层位置偏下等穗部性状

The development of molecular genetic linkage map has accelerated the identification and mapping of genomics regions controlling quantitative trait loci. A recombinant inbred line population derived from Zhenshan 97 /Minghui 63 was grown in two years. Mixed linear model approach was used to jointly identify QTLs and QTL× environment interactions for five panicle characteristics. Ten, three, six, eight and seven QTLs were detected for spiketets per panicle, grains per panicle, seed setting, panilce...

A recombinant inbred line population derived from Zhenshan 97 /Minghui 63 was grown in two years. Mixed linear model approach was used to jointly identify QTLs and QTL× environment interactions for five panicle characteristics. Ten, three, six, eight and seven QTLs were detected for spiketets per panicle, grains per panicle, seed setting, panilce length and panicle setting density, respectively. They collectively explained 29.13%, 19.2%, 29.46%, 26.39% and 35.76% of phenotypic variations for these traits, respectively. For the five traits, QTLs with increasing effects and decreasing effects could be simultaneously identified in high value parent and low value parent. QTLs for correlative traits clustering located in the similar regions. One QTL for panicle length, two QTLs for spikelets per panicle and three QTLs for seed setting performed significant interactions with environment. The contributions from interactions were slightly larger than that from the QTLs involved in the interactions. No QTL× environment interaction was detected for traits with high heritabilities such, as grains per panicle and panicle setting density.

分别在两年收集珍汕97/明恢63的重组自交系群体的表现型数据,运用混合线性模型的QTL定位方法,联合分析穗部5个性状的QTLs 7及QTL与环境互作关系。每穗颖花数、每穗实粒数、结实率、穗长和穗着粒密度分别检测到10、3、6、8和7个QTLs分别解释各性状变异的 29.13%、 19.2%、29.46%、26.39%和 35.76%。对于同一性状,高值亲本和低值亲本中均存在增效和减效QTL。相关性状QTL的位置表现相同或相似,成簇分布。1个穗长QTL,2个每穗颖花数QTLs,3个结实率QTLs表现与环境显著互作,QTL与环境互作效应的贡献率比相应的QTL贡献率略大。遗传力稍高的每穗实粒数和穗着粒密度的 QTL与环境不互作。

Aiming at the strategy for higher yield and better quality of the early rice by means of improved growing and breeding practices, thus making the product of the early rice market better,a survey of the panicle characteristics and the milling qualities of the early rice varieties in the Four lake Area was made. The results showed that in comparison with the previous varieties (non high quality rice varieties), the current varieties had quite improvements in the total grain number per ear and the milling...

Aiming at the strategy for higher yield and better quality of the early rice by means of improved growing and breeding practices, thus making the product of the early rice market better,a survey of the panicle characteristics and the milling qualities of the early rice varieties in the Four lake Area was made. The results showed that in comparison with the previous varieties (non high quality rice varieties), the current varieties had quite improvements in the total grain number per ear and the milling quality, but the bearing rate reduced obviously at the same time. Although the panicle characteristic of high quality varieties were more likely affected by the growing environment than the common quality varieties, owing to their better milling quality , the high quality varieties showed an excellent potential higher yield and having good milling quality as well with an improved growing method. As for the Large ear type varieties, the panicle characteristics and the milling qualities tended to become worse as the ear became larger, it would not be wise to be obstinate seeking for the Large ear type varieties in the breeding of the early rice.

为了探求早稻高产、优质的栽培与育种策略 ,促进早稻生产及其商品经济的发展 ,对四湖地区的一些现有早稻品种的穗部性状和碾米品质进行了初步调查。结果表明 ,目前推广的早稻品种在较以往的品种每穗总粒数和碾米品质有所提高的同时 ,结实率也明显降低 ,不利于早稻的“优质、高产”双目标的同步实现 ;优质品种的穗部性状较易受栽培环境的影响 ,但其碾米品质较好 ,在加强栽培管理的前提下 ,具有取得产量和优质“双高”的潜力 ;大穗品种的穗部性状和碾米品质均较差 ,表明早稻品种的优质育种不能一味追求大穗化
