Centred on the evaluation of the static rigidity of the spindles in an all-round way, a study of the radial static rigidity of the spindles of machine tools is made by using the "influence factors" method in mechanics.Apart from expressions for the influence factors of the nose of the spindle mounted in two bearings and three bearings under different static-loading conditions, an analysis of the relative parameters for the minmum value of the influence factors and a graphical method for finding optimum parameters (optimum bearing span, optimum distance of the driving element from the front bearing) for spindles mounted in two bearings are given, the proposed method being also suitable for determining the optimum parameters for spindles mounted in three bearings.

本文叙述了挠性转子动平衡与刚性转子动平衡的不同特点。从分析挠性转子的振动特性出发,阐述了挠性转子动平衡的基本原理。本文介绍了在实验室里进行挠性转子动平衡模型实验的概况。实验结果指出,对挠性转子找平衡,可以通过对轴承坐振动的测量,再根据振型规律及振型函数正交原理,参考振型曲线选择平衡校正平面的位置,逐阶地对转子进行质量校正,最后达到工作转速下转子的总体平衡。本文还介绍应用这个实验成果,有效地对国产第一台20万瓩废汽轮发电机及30万瓩双水内冷汽轮发电机转子进行现场平衡,大大地减少了平衡次数,缩短了找平衡工作时间,提高了平衡质量,达到了动平衡的技术要求。

Nowadays aerostatic bearing is one of the tendencies in the development of the high precision bearings.

空气静压轴承是高精度轴承的发展方向之一。 文中阐述了高精度空气静压轴承的基本原理、设计特点和设计理论。将常用的孔式节流器的环形孔改进为倒角孔,通过气膜压力、轴承刚度等测量的结果表明:采用倒角孔节流器的轴承不仅能减小气体散流、非轴向流和负压的能量损失,而且在不改变轴承间隙和节流小孔孔径的条件下改变表压力比值,提高轴承的回转精度和刚度。 本文还介绍了高精度空气静压轴承的实验装置、制造方法,以及供气装置。
