The interleukin-8 concentration in the surface of erythrocyte at 2 6 12 and 24 hours after burning in the burn group significantly decreased (232.98 ± 32.03),(151.75 ± 34.275),(134.59 ± 28.34),(171.67±46.00),(213.85 ± 85.48) ng/L,P < 0.05.
The interleukin-8 concentration in plasm at 2 6 12 and 24 hours after burning in the burn group all significantly increased (85.01 ± 17.22),(133.96 ± 23.70),(121.54 ± 25.29),(118.77 ± 23.88),(113.69 ± 23.34) ng/L,P < 0.05.
②The vasopermeability (Evans blue μg/g dry weight tissues) of lung, liver and intestine in the treatment group were remarkably lower than those in the burn group (313.05±19.30 vs.457.86±43.33,156.72±17.75 vs.243.63±26.74,236.52 ±26.43 vs. 380.31±33.69,P < 0.01).
