As a modern applied techinique the cathode luminescence microscope is widely used in the mineral geology, the Oil field geology, and the semiconductor fields .The texture and comnosition of the polished rock samples can be determined directly at the machine.This method is not only convenient but also quick and accurate as compared with the conventional ways. The structural shape of rocks can be shown by using this method, and the later change process of the rock structure shape can be resumed.

本文重点论述利用美国纽克里得(Nuclide)公司的发光仪,对鄂尔多斯盆地包括国内部分其它沉积盆地沉积岩及火山岩、变质岩的鉴定结果,进而把这些成果与沉积环境、成岩作用、次生变化以及对储层孔隙结构的影响结合起来,以期能对油气田的勘探开发起到指导作用。

This paper reports that the long persistence phosphor pf MgF2:Mn2+ is synthesized successfully at 900C. Authors suggest the use of magnesium carbonate basic and ammouium fluoride as starting materials, and the relationship expressed by the reaction equation:Mg(OH)2.4MgCO3.6H2O+ 10NH4F-MgF2 + 12H2O + 4CO2 + 10NH3 is studied as a function of preparation temperature. The optimum conditions for preparating the samples have been examined. It shows that the concentration of Mn2 + ion is about 0.5mole%.Emission spectra...

It shows that the concentration of Mn2 + ion is about 0.5mole%.Emission spectra of MgF2:Mn2+ phosphor are measured from 400nm to 700 nm and that of a typical sample is shown in Fig.2. The emission color of the phosphor is orange-red with chromaticity x= 0.599, y = 0.438. The emission peaks for these samples occur at 590nm. The luminance varies with the voltage or current density (Fig.3 and Fig.4). The cathode luminescence characteristics of the samples are studied. Luminescence brightness and persistence of MgF2: Mn2+ phosphors are superior to P33 phosphors.In order to investigate the composition structure of the sample, X-ray diffraction (Cu-Ka), 50mA,40kV) analysis is performed (Fig.5). The structure of the sample belongs to the tetragonal system. It is found that the dominant composition phase is magnesium fluoride (MgF2). The matric composition phase of P33 phosphor contains not only magnesium fluoride but also potassium magnesium flouride (KMgF3). We can see that some small diffraction peaks in X-ray diffraction pattern. It has not been clear yet what are those peaks. Scanning electron micrographs of MgF2:Mn2+ phosphors show that-the average particle sizes are 3.5um. It is similar to that of determined results by means cf UV-200 type disk centrifugal particlemeters. Experimental results have indicated that the phosphor consists of the spherical particles and we can see the agglomerated phenomena of the samples. The display tubes coated with the MgF2:Mn2 + phosphor possibly can be used for the computer terminal display.

The Upper Permian reefs in East Sichuan and West Hubei have undergone complex di-agenesis and extensive dolomitization. It is known that the primary pores have disappeared, but intercrystal pores and vags produced as a result of dolomitization and dissolution are common in hydrocarbon reservoirs. It is known that the primary pores have disappeared, but intercrystal pores and vags produced as a result of dolomitization and dissolution are common in hydrocarbon reservoirs. Seven textural types of dolomite have been recognized. Petrography and geochemistry data of these dolomites, including cathode luminescence, X-ray diffraction, trace elements, C and O isotopes and fluid inclusions, suggest that the dolomites in the upper parts of reefs, with low order index, high Sr content, and δ13C = + 0.95 and δ1 O=5.35‰ on average, are products of penecontemporary dolomitization in tidal flats, and the inner dolomites, characterized by high order index, low Sr and Na contents, and δ13C = + 3.13 and δ18O = - 5.9‰ on average, were formed as a result of multi-stage metasomatism in burial diagenetic environments. The fluids responsible for dolomitization are a kind of formation water high in salinity (about 7-8%), which was possibly derived from dehydration of the Upper Permian and Triassic limemud and clay.

川东鄂西上二叠统生物礁常有白云岩发育。白云石化的晶间孔和溶孔是礁型气田的主要储集空间。岩石学和地球化学资料表明,礁白云石化为埋藏成因。交代的流体是盐度比海水要高的地层水。在埋藏成岩作用过程中,礁白云岩是多次交代形成的。
