This paper describes the overall construction of DSMES, its implimentation strategy and some technical considerations. Included are proper knowledge representation methods,inexact inference model, synthetic inference engine, external database technique, software base, graph base and interface between logical inference and numerical analysis.

This article introduces a new data acquisition software for Distributed Dam Safety Monitoring System (DDSMS). This software is installed on CCU (Central Control Unit) and performs as the heart of DDSMS. It controls the data and instruction flow of the Data Acquisition Network and can send various instructions to the MCU (Measurement Control Unit). After receiving these instructions,the MCU measures all the instruments installed on the concrete embankment dams on the reservoir, then transmits the data to CCU. The software processes the data received and strores it in the database on CCU and emits alarm when an instrument is not responding, malfunctioning, or indicates trouble. Through the interactive interface users can keep track of real time water resource and dam condition. High level management hosts from a ministry office can also obtain data from CCU using a telephone line and modem. With the initialized operating parameters in the software, an unmanned DDSMS can be realized.

介绍用于新一代DG型分布式大坝安全监测自动化系统的专用数据采集软件,其安装在CCU型中央控制装置中,主要用于控制数据采集网络对所有接入系统的各类监测仪器进行一定方式的自动化测量(应答、自报等),将监测数据保存在中央控制装置的测值数据库中,并可根据要求选取数据通过RS—422、RS—485、微波或者光纤接口送入上一级的信息管理系统。该软件安全性强、可靠性高、功能完善,且操作方便、直观;特有的两级故障显示和监测数据超限提示,更有利于系统管理和维护
