Plasma fibrinogen level in the patients with -455G/G gene was significantly lower than those in the patients with -455G/A + -455A/A genotype both in infarction group and hypertension group (all P < 0.05),but this difference was not occurred in the control group ( P > 0.05).
Objective To investigate the allelic frequencies of polymorphisms of αTaqⅠ and βBclⅠ, HinfⅠA/C,448 G/A,βBsmAⅠG/C,+1689T/G,-148C/T,-249C/T,-455G/A in Hainan Han population and their association with plasma fibrinogen level.
Stepwise selection was also used in this multivariate regression analysis. Results Plasma fibrinogen level ( 435.45 mg/dl± 115.25 mg/dl), was higher in the PAOD group than in the control group ( 360.96 mg/dl± 93.52 mg/dl, P= 0.001).
The work showed that theabnormal rate of blood fibrinogen level of hepatoma(64.3%)was higher than that of otnercancer(19.2%)、The mean blood fibrinogen level(BFL)of male cancer patients was 3.48 g/L, the mean BFL of female cancer patients was 4.47 g/L,and they were obviously higherthan that of normal human.
Acutobin (0.75 U/kg) and defibrase (5 U/kg)were administered intravenously into rabbits for 3 days respectively. The fibrinogen level,thrombin time, prothrombin time, partial thrombin time of blood plasma and the aggregation rate of platelets were determined before and after of the two agents were compared.
After intravenous infusion of thrombolytic agents (urokinase or difibrase), the activities of t-PA and fibrinogenolysis increased, while the PAI activity and fibrinogen level decreased significantly in difibrase group from the lst to 3rd day after onset. In the general population, the plasma fibrinogen level is significantly higher in the groups of genotypes -455GA and AA, -148CT and TT, αTaqⅠ T1T1 than in the group of wild types(P=0.004, 0.015 and 0.043 respectively).
