    本项试验研究工作,1982年开始,1983年完成四合一综合净水池研制设计,1984年7月建成投产。一年多的生产试验表明:在设计产水量为250米~3/时,基本设计参数采用混合30秒钟,反应8分钟,气浮接触室停留时间不少于90秒钟,过滤速度8米/时左右,溶气水回流比6~8%和溶气水压力350~400Kpa 等条件下,投矾量为1.9~2.5毫克/升(以商品碱铝计)时,气浮后出水平均浊度在10度以下,气浮除藻率为66~67%,滤后水平均浊度在2.5度以下,总除藻率为86.3~89.5%。本池首次采用气动升降冲洗罩、池底排泥采用气动快开阀,使用效果良好。
