利用热传导学原理和有限差分法对有机聚合物热光器件热场进行了数值计算与分析 ,较详细的分析了双电极结构和不同热传导系数介质的温度场。双电极结构的温度分布比单电极易获得均匀分布 ,在等效热场作用下所消耗的功率较单电极小 ;下限制层采用高热传导系数的介质有利于温度场集中在波导区域 ,有利于提高开关速度。本工作为设计高效的有机聚合物热光器件打下基础。
