The Al 2TiO 5-ZrO 2 multiphase material was synthesized by firing at 1500 ℃ for 2 h with α-Al 2O 3,TiO 2 and ZrO 2 as main raw materials and with MgO-SiO 2 or MgO-Fe 2O 3 as stabilizer of Al 2TiO 5.The effect of Al 2TiO 5 on ZrO 2 phase transition and thermal expansion of the multiphase material was studied.
Al2O3,SiO2,La2O3, MnO2 and TiO2 were doped into the synthetic(Ba0.65Pb0.35)Tio3.The effects of every doped material,firing atmosphere and firing temperature on the resistivity at room temperature were discussed.
It is shown that when fired at 1260℃ and containing 7%～8% coloring metal oxides and Fe_2O_3∶Cr_2O_3∶ MnO_2=3∶1∶5∶3(wt), the glaze is stable in brown color, and matches the body, completely satisfying the need for firing electric porcelain in oxidizing atmosphere.
Results showed that as masker duration was increased, inhibition in neuronal firing was enhanced (P >amp;lt; 0.000 1, n = 41) and the latency of neurons was lengthened (P>amp;lt;0.01, n = 41).
It is also demonstrated that the steel wire mesh embedded in the insulated layer can effectively prevent it from cracking and eroding under firing.
