The importance for the software to be portable and the software portability have already been discussed in [1]. Over the years, the basic tool-XHY languageto make software portable has been used to study several kinds of portable compiling systems, the portable BASIC system compiled in XHY language being one of them. The initial success of this system as tested on EJS-21 proves the portability of the system software and testifies further to the fact that the XHY language is a welcome tool.The topics discussed include the key problem in the BASIC language and how to solve it by means of the XHY language, i. e., the handling of expressions and the contradiction between the handling of portability by the system and its dependence on the machine as well as the means of tests.

The importance of the input method for Chinese characters is emphasized in thispaper. With the development of the technique of automatic information processing of Chinese characters, it is in general feasible to utilize all sorts of literal informations having been entered into the computer systems without the need of inputting through typing. Thus, in most cases the information. in the course of inputting is often the original information under creation. The so-called interactive and context adaptive input...

The importance of the input method for Chinese characters is emphasized in thispaper. With the development of the technique of automatic information processing of Chinese characters, it is in general feasible to utilize all sorts of literal informations having been entered into the computer systems without the need of inputting through typing. Thus, in most cases the information. in the course of inputting is often the original information under creation. The so-called interactive and context adaptive input method is particularly suitable for such applications. Its principles are as follows: making use of the interaction between operator and computer will simplify the encoding rules; making use of the contextual information will eliminate the task of encoding most of the Chinese characters before inputting. By means of this kind of computer-aided method of inputting, the average number of times of keying operation may be reduced to 1.5 per Chinese character, and the equivalent number of keys is about 40. In this paper botle hardware and software techniques for im-pementing the interactive and context adaptive performances are described, and the recent efforts made in developing a microcomputer-controlled interactive word processor for Chinese data processing are also represented.

本文强调了汉字输入方法的重要性。随着汉字信息处理技术的发展,已输入到计算机系统中的各种文字信息,一般不需要再通过打字输入就可以加以利用,因此在大多数情况下,需要输入到汉字信息处理机中的信息,往往就是操作者产生的原始信息。联想式人机对话输入方法特别适用于这一用途,其原理是:利用人机对话简化编码规则;利用上下文信息使大部分汉字不必进行编码即可输入。这种计算机辅助的输入方法使输入每个汉字的平均按键次数减少到1.5次,且等效键数仅为40。文中说明了实现人机对话和利用上下文的自适应特性的硬件和软件技术,也概述了利用微处理机控制的对话式汉字信息处理机研制工作的近况。

In this paper, unknown variables will be introduced into the logic reasoning process, thus bringing the analytic technique into the range of automation. The analytic technique automation is included in a significant portion of artificial intelligence.The point raised in this article is that in future artificial intelligence machines (robot), the key problem does not involve that the robot is commanded to perform but involves how the robot is to search for an approach - the premises, in order to attain a certain aim - conclusion in any unknown environment. To achieve this ability, the robot must determine which premises are lacking for attaining this target and whether these premises exist or not in accordance with the objective environment and through analysis of its knowledge gained. The above-mentioned process is called analytic technique automation and can be achieved through analysis of the special solution subset in the solution sets of the logical equation.

在本文中将未知变量引入到逻辑推理的过程,使分析技术进入了自动化的范畴。分析技术的自动化是人工智能的一个重要组成部分。 本文提出的一个论点是:对未来的人工智能机器(机器人),关键的问题不是在于我们给机器规定了什么叫它去执行,而是要求机器人在任意未知的环境条件下,为了达到某一个目标——结论,如何去寻找为实现这个目标的途径——前提。机器人要是具有这种能力,就必须能按照客观的环境条件和已经学得的知识进行分析,判定为达到这个目标尚缺少几项前提,并寻找这些前提是否存在。上述过程可称之为分析技术自动化,可以通过分析逻辑方程的解集中的特殊形式的解来达到。
