The research on periodontal disease has drawn increasing attention of thespecialist. Our assay of lysozyme and IG content in oral mixed saliva for patientswith gingivitis of 24 cases and periodontitis of 30 cases has shown that there isevidence that bacteria plays an important role in the development of the highlevel of lysozyme and IG appeared in saliva. The research on periodontal disease has drawn increasing attention of thespecialist. Our assay of lysozyme and IG content in oral mixed saliva for patientswith gingivitis of 24 cases and periodontitis of 30 cases has shown that there isevidence that bacteria plays an important role in the development of the highlevel of lysozyme and IG appeared in saliva. Bacterial invasion provokes immunereaction in host and the gingivitis ensues. With the inflammation existing con-tinually, the enzyme of lysosome dissociates from the immune cells. As a result,this enzyme would cause the damage of supporting tissues of teeth and thereforecreate favourable condition for the formation of periodontitis. In accordance, withthe result in this experiment, we think that the treatment of periodontal diseasewith lysozyme would achieve good effects.

本文通过对牙龈炎、牙周炎患者混合唾液中溶菌酶、Ig含量的测定,认为此时唾液中溶菌酶、Ig出现的水平,主要是细菌的作用。当细菌侵入时,宿主产生免疫反应,随之出现牙龈炎。随着炎症的继续存在,使发生免疫反应的细胞游离出来自溶酶体的酶,由于这种酶的作用,损害了牙齿的周围组织,使牙周炎的发生有了条件。因而用溶酶菌治疗牙周组织病将会取得较好效果。

The result of an epidemiological survey of periodontal disease in 1935 heal-thy adults is reported.It suggests that the total incidence of periodontal disea- se is 95.97%,while,5.89% of them is involved in periodontitis.The status oforal hygiene is poor in general,The author recommended that it is necessaryto take some prophylactic measures such as to popularize the knowlege of or-al hygiene,early treatment of gingivitis in the young adults and so on.

为了解牙周病流行情况及牙周病的致病囡素,本文采用国际通用的指数计分法,对1935名健康成人进行了调查。牙周病流行病学特点是牙周病流行较普遍,但不甚严重。总罹患率为95.97%,患牙周炎者仅占5.89%而口腔卫生情况普遍很差,软垢及牙结石发现率均在93%以上。特别是牙周病指数及口腔卫生指数随年龄增加而升高,这提示牙周病是一种慢性进行性疾病。调查结果显示,软垢、牙结石、吸烟、牙齿排列不齐等因素与牙周病有一定关系。因此,本文提出加强口腔卫生宣传教育和施以必要的洁治术是防治牙周病的有力措施。对青年人的牙龈炎进行早期处置有重要意义,应大力提倡。

The relationship between periodontitis and immunoglobulin was investigat-ed.The subjects consisted of a control group of 30 healthy persons and a peri-odontitis group of 53 persons with PDI above 4.The IgA,IgG and IgM in serum and SIgA,IgG in saliva were determined.The results suggest that the serum IgA and IgG of the periodontitis group aresignificantly higher than those of the control group,while there is no signific-ant difference for IgM between the two groups.The SIgA in saliva of the peri-odontitis...

本文对牙周炎症与免疫球蛋白的关系进行了研究,以30名健康人作为对照,53名有牙周炎症的患者牙周病指数均在4以上。测得的血清免疫球蛋白 IgA、IgG、IgM 和唾液 SIgA、IgM 结果表明:血清IgA、IgG 牙周炎症组明显高于对照组,IgM 两组无明显区别。唾液 SIgA 牙周炎症组明显低于对照组(P<0.01),IgG 两组无明显区别。
