The 150000 dwt oil tank berth at Suanshan Wharf of Zhenhai Petrochemical Plant is the largest oil wharf having been put into commission in China. Reinforced concrete high-piled pier structure is adopted in this wharf. For the first time, 120 cm post-stressed R. C. pipe pile is successfully applied to large offshore large oil tank berth and flexible anti-scouring pile group of 150 cm large-diameter steel pipe is adopted for berthing 100000 - 150000 dwt oil tank.

After a oil pipeline across river is scoured by water for some time,it is possible to make the pipeline uncovered even broken.It not only affects the safety of the pipeline operation,but also may result in serious pollution in river.Because in the past there were some problems about the method to determine the cover depth of oil pipeline across river and the ways for hydroulic protection,based on scientific research,we present a more reliable method calculation for of flood scouring depth and a model for determination of river course transverse deformation,at the same time summarize some useful anti-scour engineering measures for pipelines.

穿越河流的长输油气管道受到水流一定的冲刷后 ,有可能导致管段的裸露甚至断裂。这不仅影响管道的安全运行 ,还将造成河流的严重污染。以往在确定油气管道穿越河流埋深的方法以及水工保护方式上存在一些问题。为此 ,我们在科研的基础上 ,提出了一个比较可靠的洪水冲刷深度计算方法与公式及确定河道横向变形的数值模型。同时 ,归纳总结出一些管道防冲常用的工程措施。此项工作的成果对管道工程的设计与管理部门具有一定的参考价值。

Three major influential factors (track, crack and quality of semi-rigid base course) on the durability of asphalt pavement are analyzed. The leading factors for tracks are: road traffic and meteorological conditions, pavement structure and material composition. Fatigue crack, temperature crack and reflected crack are classified according to their causes and their influential factors discussed. The main factors on the quality of semi-rigid base course, strength of semi-rigid material, erosion resistance and construction...

Three major influential factors (track, crack and quality of semi-rigid base course) on the durability of asphalt pavement are analyzed. The leading factors for tracks are: road traffic and meteorological conditions, pavement structure and material composition. Fatigue crack, temperature crack and reflected crack are classified according to their causes and their influential factors discussed. The main factors on the quality of semi-rigid base course, strength of semi-rigid material, erosion resistance and construction quality are pointed out. Finally the prevention and treatment measures for corresponding defects are put forward in the paper, based on the domestic and international experiences: proper design of pavement structure and mixture ratio, proper construction and maintenance, choice of semi-rigid materials with good anti scour small coefficients of shrinkage and temperature and high tensile strength.

影响沥青混凝土路面耐久性的主要因素是车辙、裂缝和半刚性基层的质量.道路交通量大、气温高、路面结构及材料组成配比不当等导致车辙的形成;裂缝因成因不同而分为疲劳裂缝、温度裂缝和反射裂缝,分别探讨了其影响因素;半刚性材料的强度和抗冲刷能力以及施工质量均会影响半刚性基层的质量.应从合理设计路面结构层次及混和料配合比,采取正确的施工方法和养护方法,选择抗冲刷性好、干缩系数和温缩系数小、抗拉强度高的半刚性材料,提高基层质量等来提高沥青路面的耐久性.
