木霉菌(Trichodermasp.)对棉立枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)的拮抗方式除了寄生作用外,还可以产生某种抑菌物质,影响棉立枯病菌的正常生长发育。用木霉菌制剂对棉苗立枯病进行田间防治试验,可以显著地压低其发病率,减轻病害的严重度,防治效果达65%左右。此外,尚有促进棉苗生长的作用。

Mieyouniaosanhao could be degraded by soil fungi (Penicillium sp., Aspergillus sp., Cladosporium sp., Trichoderma sp.) isolated from soil treated with the insecticide. The metabolites produced from the cleavage of C-N bond by Penicillium sp. were 4-chlorophenylurea, 4-chloroaniline and 2-chlorobenzamide. The pathway of the metabolism was suggested and it appeared that 4-chlorophenylurea and 4-chloroaniline underwent further degradation by Penicillium sp.
