The results of sodiumization orthogonal experiment showed that the sodiumization effect of NaF was better than the one of traditional sodiumization reagent Na2CO3.The cation exchange capacity of bentonite modified under optimum condition could reach 97.5 mmol/100g,which was increased 17.25 mmol/100g.
Experiment results showed that it had the highest activity when kaolin was calcined at 900℃ for 6 hours and geopolymer had the highest compressive strength in the high ratio of liquid to powder(1.14) under alkali-activated . After curing at 80℃ for 3 days and 7days independently, its compressive strength reached at 28.4 and 31.8 MPa respectively.
Based on the dissipative structure theory,Influences of feed,operation and environment on separation efficiency was analyzed. Dynamic equation and dissipative structure model were established,and the model was used in coal processing. The practice results indicated that value of was pivotal to the model of flotation column system.
