Results: There were significantly differences among nursing specialty students, female university students and medical students in 14 personality factors (A,B,C,E,F,G,H,I,L,M,N,Q_1, Q_2,Q_3) and 8 sub-grade personality factors (P<0.05).
In teaching experiments, the teachers should pay attention to improve students' abilities, such as practice, analysis and solving problems. Right viewpoints of students to experiment results and textbooks will be formed.
The preliminary experimental results of the teaching indicate that kidnapping plays a promoting role in stimulating students' interest in seeking knowledge,enabling students to learn how to think,and culturing students' innovative thinking.
Results and conclusions:For 3 years in the 3 hospitals,the total misdiagnosis rate for the in-patients was 1.45%,in which the misdiagnosis rates of the first and the second diagnosis were 0.94% and 0.51% respectively.
Practice teaching mode and clinical teaching method were reformed in the undergraduate students of grade 2000. Results Students of grade 2000 were markedly more proficient in basic nursing work than those of grade 1999. Conclusion Reforming mode and method of teaching undergraduate nursing students may help improve students' ability of practical work and increase teaching effects.
