Results(1) RT-PCR: Compared with the aged control,the positive expression ratios of bax gene in the heart were decrease in the 10 minute exercise group,but the positive expression ratios of bcl-2 gene in the heart were increase in 20 minute exercise group.

This paper analysed results of physical condition test of juvenile judo players participating 1994 National Juvenile Judo Championships with methods of analysis of power difference,differnce test and analysis of interrelation,Conclusion:the results of physical conditions for 60～78kg juvenile judo players are the best among 8 grades;
