    This paper used the sequential unconstrained minimization technique for the optimal design of the supporting circlar ring of a pure oxygen top-blown converter.The obje- ctive function is the weight of the ring.The optimization parameters are the thickness and width of thin-walled cross section;all parameters must satisfy the side and stress constraints.In the unconstrained minimization,the behaviour model techique and conju- gate directions method are used respectively.In the paper the advantages of these two methods have been compared.The numeical results show that the times of the repeated stress analysis of the bchaviour model technique is about 70% less than the conjugate directions method.The optimal design shows that the weight of the supporting circlar ring can be decreased 42% than the original design.

    本文采用序列无约束优化技术(SUMT),对纯氧顶吹炼钢转炉的托圈进行优化设计。目标函数取为托圈的重量,截面尺寸(宽度、壁厚)取作设计变量,满足界限约束和应力约束。在无约束优化中,分别采用性态模型法和共轭方向法进行计算,并对这两个方法作了比较。计算结果表明:性态模型法所需的结构重分析次数比共轭方向法要少70%左右。在本文假设的荷载作用下,优化结果使托圈重量比原设计减少42%。
