The magnetic vibration problems of large turbo-generator and the methods used for thesuppression of the severe vibration have been described.Using the energy method,the finiteelement method and the structural model analysis,we have systematically analysed thenatural frequency,mode shapes,dynamic response of generator stator frames and all thefactors that affect the vibration characteristics of generator stators,such as the stiffeningribs,strengthening in the corner of the frame,the welding length,the stiffness...

The magnetic vibration problems of large turbo-generator and the methods used for thesuppression of the severe vibration have been described.Using the energy method,the finiteelement method and the structural model analysis,we have systematically analysed thenatural frequency,mode shapes,dynamic response of generator stator frames and all thefactors that affect the vibration characteristics of generator stators,such as the stiffeningribs,strengthening in the corner of the frame,the welding length,the stiffness of foun-dation and vibration-suppressor band.The results of the study have been examined in a power station.The largest vibra-tions of the generator stator frames were found to have been reduced from 140-260 μmto 10-30μm in one set and from 90μm to 10μm in another.

本文对大型汽轮发电机定子的电磁振动问题以及大型发电机机座的减振措施进行了研究,用能量法、有限元法、结构模型试验和现场试验等方法对机座的固有频率、振型和动力响应以及加矩形筋、T 形筋、改变基础刚度、局部加固和附加消振质量等方案作了系统的分析.研究结果在电厂应用,机座振动从140—260微米下降为10—30微米,在另一台大型发电机上推广应用,机座振动进一步下降为10微米、机座的振动噪音也大为下降,取得了很好的效果.

The structures of shock wave in dusty gas are studied by shock tube experiments. Pressure, shock wave velocity and dust concentration are measured under the condition that the dust loading ratio is less than 0.4 and the shock Mach number is less than 1.5. The frozen and equilibrium pressures behind the shock wave are well described by the Rankine-Hugoniot relation. But the relaxation length is significantly shorter than that calculated from drag of sphere at steady motion. And the disperse shock wave in dusty...

It is found that the presence of dust decreases the pressure fluctuation in the flow. The propagation velocity of shock wave agrees with the result of the model analysis on a "effective gas".

利用激波管实验对含灰气体激波结构作了研究。在灰粒负荷率低于0.4及激波马赫数低于1.5的范围内测量了压力、激波速度及灰粒浓度。激波后冻结及平衡压力可用R-H关系很好地加以计算,但松弛区长度则较基于球定常运动的计算值短得多。实验中观察到耗散激波结构并发现灰尘的存在减少气流中的压力脉动。激波传播速度与基于“等效气体”模型计算值相符。

Based on the K-ε model analysis, a turbulence model for mean square value of pressure fluctuation is proposed, which expresses p2in terms of turbulence energy K, dissipation ε, Renolds stress ujuj and mean flow velocity gradient. Pressure fluctuation in turbulent boundary layer is computed and compared with experimental and simulated data. With this model, a com-puting approach can be provided to determine pressure fluctuation in turbulent shear flow.

应用K-ε模式理论导出了一般剪切湍流中压力脉动的均方值与湍流动能K,湍流耗散ε及雷诺应力 uiuj的关系.利用谱分析方法所确定的关系式中的待定系数,计算了湍流边界层的压力脉动,并同已有数据进行了比较。分析与计算结果表明,该方法是可行的,从而为湍流压力脉动的预测提供了一种计算手段.
