This paper describes briefly the basic theory of the model analysis with ha-mmering method, and the testing technique for measuring the transfer func-tions between tyre and handle of walking tractor.Some modal parameters were directly identified from the measured data of these transfer functions. The results show that the hammering method is an easy and feasible approach for measuring dynamical characteristic of some parts of a tractor.

The mecha- nical impedance method and the model analysis principle are used to iden- tify the model parameters of the machine and to determine the dangerous modes, the units with dangerous modes of machine construction and the source of forced vibration proposals for improving the dynamic behaviour of the machine tool are put forward in order to improve the accurecy and surface finish of the work piece and to eliminate chatter marks.

Analysis of the dynamic behavior of viscoelastically damped structures is studied. According to the constitutive relations of viscoelastic material expressed in fractional derivative operators, the analytical expressions of the mechanic properties of viscoelastic material are constructed by fitting the experimental data. A finite element model of sandwich beam with eight degrees of freedom is set up. Thereby, the finite element formulation of the motion equations is given for viscoelastically damped structure....

Analysis of the dynamic behavior of viscoelastically damped structures is studied. According to the constitutive relations of viscoelastic material expressed in fractional derivative operators, the analytical expressions of the mechanic properties of viscoelastic material are constructed by fitting the experimental data. A finite element model of sandwich beam with eight degrees of freedom is set up. Thereby, the finite element formulation of the motion equations is given for viscoelastically damped structure. A method for solving nonlinear eigenvalue problem by iteration is suggested to analyze the dynamic behavior of viscoelastically damped structure. The method has been applied to the complex model analysis of a sandwich cantilever beam with viscoelastic damping material core and verified experimentally. The agreement between the analysis and measurement shows that the method is reliable and practical and gives good accuracy.

本文研究了粘弹性阻尼结构动力特性的分析方法。根据分数导数模型表示的粘弹性材料本构方程,对一种阻尼材料用拟合法构造了它的力学性能解析表达式。建立了一种八自由度夹层梁有限元模型,从而给出了粘弹性阻尼结构的有限元动力学方程。为分析粘弹性阻尼结构的动力特性,提出了一种非线性特征值问题的迭代解法。应用上述方法对悬臂约束阻尼层梁的复模态参数进行了分析,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,分析与实验的结果一致,说明本文所提出的方法是可靠的且有较好的精度和实用性。
