Aluminium titanate was synthesized by use of industrial and mineral material.The effects of various additives on sintering property, bending strength, thermal expansion coefficient and stability of aluminium titanate were discussed. Meanwhile phase composition was analyzed by using XRD. The results show that a higher strength stabte aluminium titanate was obtained by adding additives, without raising the thermal expansion coefficient.

本研究采用工业和矿物原料合成钛酸铝,探讨了各种添加物对钛酸铝烧结性能、抗弯强度、热膨胀系数和稳定性的影响,同时利用XRD分析了材料的物相组成。结果表明,添加物的引入能在不提高钛酸铝热膨胀系数的情况下获得具有较高强度的稳定钛酸铝。

Superfine TiO_2 powders were obtained by a hydrolysisgel method. The composementand structure as well as its transformation of the titania gels were studied, then the size and specificsurface area were also determined by means of DTA, XRD, TEM, BET ets. 以TiCl_4为原料,采用水解—凝胶法制得TiO_2超微粒。通过DTA、XRD、TEM、BET等测试方法,着重分析讨论了TiO_2凝胶物的组分、晶形结构及其转化过程,测定了TiO_2超微粒的颗粒度、比表面,结果表明用水解—凝胶法可制得高纯等径球形TiO_2超微粒,并具有巨大的比表面和优良的烧结性。
