随着水轮机单机容量和使用水头的提高,对蜗壳钢板的强度要求也相应提高,因此,研究高强度蜗壳钢板势在必行。本文着重研究了屈服强度600MPa的HQ70钢板的化学成分、机械性能、焊接性能、脆性转变温度、应变时效敏感系数及各种热处理状态下的微观形貌和机械性能。试验结果表明,HQ70钢板具有高强度及良好的塑韧性和可焊性,适宜制造高水头大型水轮机蜗壳,如三峡电站水轮机蜗壳.
