In this paper,throngh the structural test in reinforced concrete spiral casing in Qingtongxia Hydropower Station,some important da- ta about structural strss in spiral casing are obtained and a prelimi- nary inquiry into water case function is made after corasting the protoylic test to structural computation and structural model test. Useful suggestions are prolosed for continual structural analysis in reinforced cocrete spiral casing

钢筋混凝土蜗壳由于其有着渐变而不规则的外形,边界条件又很复杂。给结构计算和模型试验的简化处理造成较大的困难,其成果和工程结构实际状态相差较大,因此有必要通过原型试验获得结构在实际运行中的真实应力.本文通过青铜峡电站钢筋混凝土原型结构应力试验,获得了一批钢筋混凝土蜗壳应力的重要资料,在与计算和模型试验进行对比之后,还对蜗壳水箱功能进行了初步探讨,为进一步分析钢筋混凝土蜗壳应力提出了有益的建议.

Based on the structural analyses of spiral casings and supports of large hydraulic turbines, the application of optimal design is elucidated together with a demonstrative example which shows an effective way of improving the construction and its economic merits.
