The hydraulic turbine's performance curve is used for calculating thefurbine's efficiency and flow,in order to compare the flow coefficient of spiral-casing ap-proximately calibrated with the prototype turbine's efficioncy and the test data.The re-sult shows that this method has higher accuracy,with the maximum error of the calcula-tion flow to the measurement flow being less than 4 percent.It can be used widely in theapproximate calibration of the spiral-casing flow coefficient.

运用水轮机运转特性曲线,求取水轮机工作点的效率和计算水轮机的过流量,以近似率定蜗壳流量系数,并与现场效率试验的实测资料进行了分析比较。结果表明,这种方法具有较高的精度,计算流量与实测流量的最大偏差可控制在4%以下,可广泛应用于蜗壳流量系数的近似率定。

? The spiral casing is an important through flow part of a hydraulic turbine. Its internal flow has significant influence upon the hydraulic efficiency and performance of the turbine. Based on the solution of Navier Stokes equations and the standard k ε turbulent model, the numerical simulation on internal flows through the spiral casing of a model hydraulic turbine applied for the Sanxia (Three Gorge) hydro power project has been carried out by using the body fitted coordinates, the staggered grid system and the SIMPLEC algorithm in the present work. The numerical analysis results show that under the design operating condition, the spiral internal flow agrees with the design theory which the multiplication of radius and circular velocity fraction is constant. The numerical method presented in this paper can be used to optimize the spiral design to improve the efficiency and performance of hydraulic turbine. 

报导了三峡混流式机组模型蜗壳内紊流的三维数值分析结果。文中基于N-S方程和标准的k-ε紊流模型,采用贴体座标和交错网格系统,用SIMPLEC算法对蜗壳内部的流动进行数值模拟,提出设计工况时蜗壳内部的紊流特性。数值分析结果表明:在设计工况,蜗壳内部的流动符合速度矩为常数的设计理论。文中提出的数值方法,可用于改进和优化蜗壳设计,从而提高水轮机的效率,改善水轮机的性能。
