First the various aspects of the combustion chamber of L-head L-6 5.6-L petrol engine are analysed.And the principles of lean burn and fast burn are given.Then over ten different combustion chambers are tested on a single cylinder engine.Finally a new type combustion chamber is found which gives optimal performance both on the single cylinder engine and the truck engine. Test results of these engines with oid and new combustion chambers are given.
