本文从测力仪的动态特性出发,较系统地论述了各种动态误差响应及测力仪设计的各参数之间的关系;推导了幅值误差、通频带宽的响应公式,切残误差响应公式,最佳阻尼比公式等;为金属切削测力仪的设计提供了动态理论基础和一些实际计算方法。

In this paper, the design of high response capacitance differential pressure transmitter is introduced. It is: (1)designed according to attenuate vib-ration system of second order. Its accuracy is higher then non-periodic system offirst order 1. (2) Optimum response characteristics may be derived by reducing themass of motive system and the viscosity of seal solution as well as the flow resis-tance of the pipeline of seal solution. And the system damping ratio ξ=0.7~0.8is obtained.
