Methods The changes of B7 molecule and OX40 and CD11a in peripheral blood white cells an d CD28 in lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry preoperatively and 3, 5, 7 , 14 days postoperatively in rat cardiac allograft recipients.
AIM: To investigate lymphotactin (Lptn) gene transcription during acute cardiac allograft rejection and the inhibitory effect of cyclosporine A (CsA). METHODS: Graft specimens were harvested at indicated time to determine morphological changes by pathological examination.
Conclusion Blockade of γc signaling in combination with DST can remarkably prolong cardiac allograft survival, which may be associated with inhibition of antigen-specific T cell proliferation and induction of alloreactive T clones deletion together with a state of specific engraftment of alloantigen or tolerance.
Cardiac allograft specimens were assessed pathologically. Results Survival time in group A was longer than 100 d and the average survival time in group B and C was(7.40±1.14)d and(24.00±2.35)d. Compared with group B,the average survival time in group C was obviously prolonged(P<0.01).
Results The survival time of the cardiac allograft in experimental group was ( 15.8± 0.7) days, significantly longer than empty vector transfected control group and untransfected control group (P< 0.01).
Results:Recipient DC can loaded donor antigens effectively by co-culture with them,and immature DC loaded with allogeneic antigens induced syngeneic T cell unresponsiveness,and administration of these DC to recipients prolonged cardiac allograft survival from(7.2±1.7)d to(17.7±3.3)d.
