An automatic nesting method for ship parts based on graphics set operation and AI technology is proposed and its corresponding software system is given as well. After primary use and examination,it is proved that this method is feasible and has a high efficiency in operation.

根据船体零件数量多形状复杂的特点,提出了一种实现零件自动套料的方法,并设计了相应的软件系统。主要内容为建立板材逐次切割的无干涉“切割套料”模型,给出零件自动套料的算法。采用数据开采技术从零件库中提取有用信息,实现对零件的分类,生成有关套料属性信息,并据此生成相应的套料规则,实现零件的自动套料工作。经初步考核,证明此方法是可行的,并且具有运行效率高与板材利用率高等特点。
