Abstract Through the cephalometric analysis on the 51 normal occlusion of sixteen years old people in Beijing ,We put forward to the normal measurements of Steiner Analysis, Wylie Analysis and Wits Analy sis. This may be aided as the diagnostic criteria in the orthodontic clinic.

本文以北京市16岁汉族正常者51名(男25名,女26名)为研究对象,通过计算机X线头影测量分析,提出正常(Steiner分析法、Wytie分析法、Tweed分析法、Wits分析法的诊断标准值,为正畸临床诊断治疗提供更为可靠的依据。

Our study firstly demonstrated the changed distribution of BMP in periodontic tissues during orthodontic movement of maxillary first molars in rats. BMP was stained with immunohistochemical staining technique (ABC method). Using monoclonal antibody to BMP, we found that the staining density in periodontal tissues varied according to different parts and treatment measures. BMP is mostly located in the periodontium, especially near the alveolar bone or cementum, that is always associated with bone remodeling...

Using monoclonal antibody to BMP, we found that the staining density in periodontal tissues varied according to different parts and treatment measures. BMP is mostly located in the periodontium, especially near the alveolar bone or cementum, that is always associated with bone remodeling activity. The distribution of BMP was changed during orthodontic tooth movement. The tension zone was intensly stained, while the pressure zone was poorly stained. The newly formed cementum and alveolar bone was moderatly stained. The result indicated that periodontic ligament cells have the property of osteoblast-likecells and osteogenic activity under the condition of orthodontic tooth movement and as a promoting factor of bone remodel activity. BMP take an important role in orthodontic tooth movement.

本研究首次应用抗牛骨形成蛋白单克隆抗体(bBMP-McAb)免疫组织化学染色法,观察加力后的大鼠上第一磨牙牙周组织中BMP的分布,并与正常不加力组相比较。结果显示:BMP在正常牙周组织中主要分布于牙周韧带中,尤其是牙槽骨和牙骨质表面,并与不同部位的骨改建活动相一致;正时加力后,张力区成骨活跃,BMP染色较深(强阳性),压力区染色为阴性,只有活跃的破骨细胞染色较深;已接近成熟的新生牙槽骨及牙骨质则染色较弱。结果表明;BMP可以作为骨改建活动的标志之一,在正畸骨改建中起着十分重要的作用。

Objeclive:To establish a two dimensional finite element analysis model for hard tissue morphology on lateral cephalometric X ray film.Methods:Based on the principle of finite element method,the landmarks on lateral cephalometric X ray film were selected as nodes,by which the hard tissue was divided into small elements according to anatomic structures and their relationship.Results:A relatively complete two dimensional finite element analysis model for hard tissue morphology of lateral cephalometric X ray film was established,on which 53 landmarks were selected as nodes and the craniofacial hard tissue on middle sagittal plane was divided into 37 triangle elements.Conclusions:This model may be applied for the study of morphologic characteristics and changes induced by growth,orthodontic treatment and orthognathic operation on middle sagittal plane.

目的:建立X线头颅侧位定位片硬组织形态二维有限元分析模型。方法:基于有限元分析的原理,选择头颅侧位定位片硬组织标志点作为节点,按照解剖结构及结构间关系对硬组织进行单元划分。结果:选择头颅侧位定位片硬组织标志点53个作为节点,将正中矢状面颅颌面硬组织划分成37个三角形单元,建立了一个较为全面的头颅侧位定位片硬组织形态二维有限元分析模型。结论:该模型可用于颅颌面硬组织在正中矢状面上的形态特征及因生长、正畸矫治、正颌手术引起的形态变化研究。
