This paper presents a simple method of chucking and sucking pieces made of non-ferrous metals. Applying this method machine parts of thin disk form turned on lathe does not suffer unallowable deformation. Its operation is simple. Its chucking is convenient and gives more cutting surface during each chucking. The accuracy thus processed is less than ±5 μm. and the smoothness above ▽10 as well. Besides, the operation does not easily subject to damage.
